A very vibrant, summer breakfast or desert 🙂 For a while, I had stopped making smoothies, but as I started going to the gym and traveling more, they are quite good for a quick meal on the run.

- Blend

When reading about the mangos, I found out each one contains more than 20 vitamins and minerals which makes them like superfoods 🙂 Mango contains high amounts of vitamins C, A, and fiber as well as sugar, but because they’re high in fiber, the sugar enters your bloodstream slowly and doesn’t cause a big spike.
So if you are looking for a different source of vitamins try mango 🙂
Interesting: The oldest living mango tree is thought to be 300 years old and is found in East Khandesh in Central India. Surprisingly, the ancient plant still produces fruit!

Enjoy 🙂
