Blueberries and Spinach smoothie

Hello Everyone 🙂

This week I didn’t have too much time to cook and in those cases one of my go to meals are smoothies. I like to try different combinations of fruits and greens and see what the taste will be at the end. I love smoothies quick, tasty, fresh and one of the most flexible meals in regards of ingredients.


Servings: 1
Time to prepare 5 min

Ingredinets:
  • 150 gr blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 50 gr spinach
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter ( or any other nut butter)
  • 1tsp. flax seeds
Optional:
  • 2- 3 fresh mint leaves

How To:
  1. Freeze the banana for 20 or 30 min
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until everything is homogenous
  3. Serve and enjoy 🙂

You can replace the regular milk with any plant based.

Although the colour is tasty one and will keep you full for quite a time 🙂
