This week I didnt have too much time to cook and in those cases one of my go to meals are smoothies. I like to try different combinations of fruits and greens and see what the taste will be at the end. I love smoothies quick, tasty, fresh and one of the most flexible meals in regards of ingredients.
Servings: 1 Time to prepare 5 min
- 150 gr blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 50 gr spinach
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter ( or any other nut butter)
- 1tsp. flax seeds
- 2- 3 fresh mint leaves
- Freeze the banana for 20 or 30 min
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until everything is homogenous
- Serve and enjoy 🙂
You can replace the regular milk with any plant based.
