Happy Sunday, Everyone 🙂
For the last year, I have tried different versions of dates and Snickers dessert, and this is one of them. I think I saw it on Instagram last year and decided to try it, and since then I have tried it with different types of seeds and nut butters.
It is always delicious 🙂
Servings: 9
Time to Prepare:10-15 min
Time in the Freezer: 1-2 Hours

Ingredients:
- 200-300 gr. dates
- 200 gr. thaini or any nut butter
- 100 gr. coconut oil
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 2-3 tbsp. coconut chips
- 2-3 vanilla drops
How to:
- Clean the dates from the pits.
- Spread each date on a baking sheet or small tray.
- Spread the tahini over the dates. You can use peanut butter or cashew butter if you prefer.
- Cover with the chocolate glaze, prepared with the method below, or you can use store-bought chocolate.
- Leave in the freezer for one to two hours before serving.
Enjoy 🙂
Chocolate glaze:
- In a small bowl, melt the coconut oil. You can use a water bath or microwave.
- Once the coconut oil is liquid, add the honey and mix very well. The honey also needs to be liquid and at room temperature, so it is easier to mix both.
- After receiving a homogeneous mixture, add the cacao and mix again.
- Add the vanilla drops. Now you have homemade chocolate glaze.

Try to put the dates close to each other.

My tahini is with more thick consistency, as I made it and didn’t put too much oil.

You can sprinkle some sea salt over if you want.
