Hello 😉
I hope you are having a good start to the week 🙂
In the last few weeks, I have incorporated more fish into my meals, and this recipe is one of them.
Easy, Tasty, Quick.
Servings: 2
Time to Prepare: 10min
Time to Cook: 40-50min

Ingredients:
- 1 kg tomatoes
- 1 head of onion
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 500- 700 g white fish of choice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black peper
- 70 ml olive oil
- 2 bay leaves
How To:
- Chop the veggies- tomatoes, onion, and garlic.
- In a preheated pan with the oil, add the already chopped garlic and onion.
- Mix for 2-3 min or until the onion starts changing its color.
- Add chopped tomatoes – if you prefer, you can add tomatoes from a can.
- Leave for about 15 -20 minutes. You will receive a nice tomato sauce.
- While boiling, reduce the heat and add the fish to the tomato sauce and the two bay leaves.
- Don’t cut the fish into pieces, as it will fall apart into small ones. Instead, put the entire fish steak in, and it will cook in the tomato sauce and will fall apart into pieces by itself.
- With the fish, leave to cook for about 20-30 min.
- Take aside, add salt and black pepper, and leave to cook down a bit before serving.
- Serve and enjoy 😉
