Hello Everyone,
Last year, I started experimenting with different pizza crusts, and this recipe is the result of one of those tries.
It is not really a pizza, but not sure how to call it, and I left it like this for now 🙂
Healthy, quick, minimal recipe 🙂
Servings: 4
Time to Prepare: 10 min
Time to bake: 20 -30 min

Ingredients:
- 2 cans of tuna
- 1 egg
- 4 tomatoes
- 200 gr. cheddar cheese
Optional:
- mushrooms
- paprika
How To:
- Drain the tuna fish cans of the liquid.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and add the drained tuna and mix well.
- Spread the mixture over a baking paper sheet with a round shape and about 1 sm thickness.
- Place in a preheated oven for 20-25 min on medium heat.
- While waiting for the tuna crust to bake, cut the tomatoes into circles and grate the cheddar cheese.
- Once the crust is baked, take it out and place the tomato pieces on top, and then sprinkle the cheese. If you prefer, you can use tomato sauce.
- If you want, you can add one or two other toppings, but not too much, as the crust is thin and it wouldn’t hold too many things when cut into slices.
- Put it back into the oven for about 10 more min.
- After the cheese has this golden brown color, take it out.
- Cut into pieces and enjoy 🙂
