Tuna Fish “Pizza” Crust

Written by

Hello Everyone,

Last year, I started experimenting with different pizza crusts, and this recipe is the result of one of those tries.

It is not really a pizza, but not sure how to call it, and I left it like this for now 🙂

Healthy, quick, minimal recipe 🙂

Servings: 4
Time to Prepare: 10 min
Time to bake: 20 -30 min

Ingredients:
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 200 gr. cheddar cheese
Optional:
  • mushrooms
  • paprika

How To:
  1. Drain the tuna fish cans of the liquid.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and add the drained tuna and mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture over a baking paper sheet with a round shape and about 1 sm thickness.
  4. Place in a preheated oven for 20-25 min on medium heat.
  5. While waiting for the tuna crust to bake, cut the tomatoes into circles and grate the cheddar cheese.
  6. Once the crust is baked, take it out and place the tomato pieces on top, and then sprinkle the cheese. If you prefer, you can use tomato sauce.
  7. If you want, you can add one or two other toppings, but not too much, as the crust is thin and it wouldn’t hold too many things when cut into slices.
  8. Put it back into the oven for about 10 more min.
  9. After the cheese has this golden brown color, take it out.
  10. Cut into pieces and enjoy 🙂

Bon Appétit!
