Recently I have tried different types of chocolate or chocolate cremes. One of the variations is with tahini as I always have this in the kitchen tried different proportions and finally found the correct ratios.
Healthy substitute of a chocolate for when you have a craving for chocolate.
Servings: 300 ml glass jar
Time to prepare: 10 min

Ingredients:
- 250 ml tahini
- 3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. roasted and milled pumpkin seeds
How to:
- In a blender place all ingredients and mix very well for a few minutes until all ingredients have blended very well.
- The end result it really depends of the cocoa quality and tahini. It doesn’t need to be expensive – mine is from Aldi and taste better than some other more expensive brands.
- You can use it with pancakes or eat it just like this – it wouldn’t last for a long time 🙂
