Chickpea and peanut butter chocolate

Hope you have a relaxing weekend.

This recipe is actually from last weekend when I was looking to cook something sweet. I decided to make some peanut butter cocoa creme and at the last, minute decided to add chickpeas to see how it will taste- it was delicious. This weekend decided to make it again and write the steps and ingredients 🙂

  • 1 can/ 240 gr chickpeas
  • 80 ml milk (or any plant replacement)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. cacao
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. erythritol or honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
How to:
  • drain the chickpeas from the water ( you can use the water instead of milk)
  • in a blender, place the chickpea and milk and blend until a homogeneous mixture
  • add the peanut butter and mix again
  • add the rest of the ingredients and mix until cream texture
  • keep in the refrigerator for 4 -5 days in an airtight jar
  • enjoy with crackers or just like “Nutella” 🙂
