Hope you have a relaxing weekend.
This recipe is actually from last weekend when I was looking to cook something sweet. I decided to make some peanut butter cocoa creme and at the last, minute decided to add chickpeas to see how it will taste- it was delicious. This weekend decided to make it again and write the steps and ingredients 🙂

Ingredients:
- 1 can/ 240 gr chickpeas
- 80 ml milk (or any plant replacement)
- 1 1/2 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp. cacao
- 1 1/2 tbsp. erythritol or honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
How to:
- drain the chickpeas from the water ( you can use the water instead of milk)
- in a blender, place the chickpea and milk and blend until a homogeneous mixture
- add the peanut butter and mix again
- add the rest of the ingredients and mix until cream texture
- keep in the refrigerator for 4 -5 days in an airtight jar
- enjoy with crackers or just like “Nutella” 🙂
