Hello Everyone,
Hope you have a relaxing weekend.
This recipe is actually from last weekend when I was looking to cook something sweet. I decided to make some peanut butter cocoa creme and at the last, minute decided to add chickpeas to see how it will taste- it was delicious. This weekend decided to make it again and write the steps and ingredients 🙂
Servings: 250-300 ml
Time To Prepare:7-10 min

Ingredients:
- 1 can/ 240 gr chickpeas
- 80 ml milk (or any plant replacement)
- 1 1/2 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp. cacao
- 1 1/2 tbsp. erythritol or honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
How To:
- Drain the chickpeas from the water ( you can use the water instead of milk) .
- In a blender, place the chickpea and milk and blend until a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the peanut butter and mix again.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until cream texture.
- Keep in the refrigerator for 4 -5 days in an airtight jar.
- Enjoy with crackers or just like “Nutella” 🙂
