Hello Everyone and Happy Sunday:)
This week was quite busy with work, illustrations and being outside enjoying the warm weather – well until we have it here in Dublin. I didn’t have too much time to cook and this week prepared quite a few smoothies – I love them for breakfast; sometimes for dinner. They are just so quick and easy to make. Usually, I prepare them with milk and add bananas but this time I tried more with water and I love them 🙂
Servings: 1 Time: 5 min

Ingredients:
- 50 gr spinach
- 1 kiwi
- 1 granny smith apple ( green apple)
- 100 ml water
- 1tsp. lemon or lime
How to:
- Cut the fruits and place them in a blender
- Add spinach and water and blend with a few pulses
- Enjoy the fresh energy for a morning breakfast or light dinner
