Spirulina Crackers

A while ago, my mum visited me, and she made me very simple and easy crackers. I always wanted to try them, and a couple of weeks ago, I try to cook them, but of course, I added something new 🙂 – spirulina, which is a type of green algae, very beneficial for your health. It is an effortless, easy and quick recipe.

Bake 20 -25 min Servings 50

  • Make a hole in the middles and put the water
  • With spoon start to make the dough
  • After a few minutes with your hands, begin kneading the doughnut until it is soft and not so sticky on your fingers
  • Place it on a hard surface and keep kneading until you receive a mixture you can roll with a rolling pin
  • Split the dough into approximately 3 equals pieces
  • Roll thin sheet from one of the dough pieces
  • With a pizza knife or other knife, cut the desired square pieces

The first batch I left for 10 min and was a little soft. The second and third were a bit longer and was very crispy
