A while ago, my mum visited me, and she made me very simple and easy crackers. I always wanted to try them, and a couple of weeks ago, I try to cook them, but of course, I added something new 🙂 – spirulina, which is a type of green algae, very beneficial for your health. It is an effortless, easy and quick recipe.
Bake 20 -25 min Servings 50

Ingredience

- 100 ml water
- 2 tsp spoons spirulina ( if you haven’t used to it, use just one, it can be pretty strong )

- In a bowl, place the flour, spirulina and salt and mix well until a homogeneous mixture
- Make a hole in the middles and put the water
- With spoon start to make the dough
- After a few minutes with your hands, begin kneading the doughnut until it is soft and not so sticky on your fingers
- Place it on a hard surface and keep kneading until you receive a mixture you can roll with a rolling pin

- Roll thin sheet from one of the dough pieces
- With a pizza knife or other knife, cut the desired square pieces

- Bake in preheated oven for about 20 – 25 min
The first batch I left for 10 min and was a little soft. The second and third were a bit longer and was very crispy
You can enjoy it just like this or with cream cheese 🙂
