Three Ingredients Cookies:
I love sweets, but who doesn’t 😊 Last year, for one of our social calls at work, I made this simple and easy recipe, and since then, I cook them regularly-they don’t last too long.
Portions 10 -12 / Time to Bake 15 min

Ingredience:
- 120 gr peanut butter
- 70 gr oats
- 2 medium bananas
How to:
- In a blender, place the bananas and the peanut butter and blend until a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the oats; you can grind them in a coffee grinder to make them fine, or you can add them as they are.
- The dough is a little bit sticky; use a spoon to form cookies with a thickness of about one sm.
- Bake on preheated oven at 150 degrees for about 15 minutes
They are not he prettiest but are really tasty, quick and healthy 🙂
