Veggies with celery and tuna fish

This is one of my favorite recipes -you can use any veggies you have sitting around, add a can of tuna fish and voilà you have a tasty, healthy lunch or dinner. I recently started to use more often celery and decided to add a few pieces here as well.

Time: 20 min Serve : 2
Products:
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 can of tuna
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper
  • celery
  • 1 tbs. olive oil
How to :
  1. Cut all veggies into cubes and leave the tomatoes aside for the end.
  2. Warm oil in a pan on high heath. Once warm add the onion, carrots, bell pepper, zucchini and celery. Cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the tomatoes and tuna and keep for another 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add salt and black pepper.
  5. Serve and enjoy 🙂
