- ½ cucumber
- green onion
- 200gr feta cheese
- 2 boiled eggs
- chilly ( if you like it as it can be quite spicy)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- pinch salt, plus more to taste
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
How To:
Cut all of your ingredients into small cubes
Put the condiments in
Mix everything.Serve and enjoy 🙂
Tip:
Additionally you can add flaxseeds and parsley.
