“SPRING SALAD”

Servings: 2 / Total Cooking Time: 20 min

Ingredients:

  • 3 small tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber
  • green onion 
  • 200gr feta cheese
  • 2 boiled eggs 
  • chilly ( if you like it as it can be quite spicy)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • pinch salt, plus more to taste
  • 1 tsp fresh  lemon juice

How To:

Cut all of your ingredients into small cubes

Put the condiments in

Mix everything.Serve and enjoy 🙂

Tip:

Additionally you can add flaxseeds and parsley.
