This is my first post and is a traditional salad in Bulgaria during spring and summer.

Total Cooking Time:20 min

Ingredients:
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 small tomatoes
- ½ cucumber
- green onion
- 200gr feta cheese
- 2 boiled eggs
- chilly ( if you like it as it can be quite spicy)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- pinch salt, plus more to taste
How To:
- Cut all of your ingredients into small cubes
- Put the condiments in
- Mix everything.
- Serve and enjoy 🙂
Tip:
Additionally you can add flaxseeds and parsley.
