Leftover Almond Crackers

This recipe is as a result of the leftover almond pulp from preparing almond milk.

Milk recipe here.

It can be used leftover pulp from other type of homemade milks, as long as the pulp doesn’t contain vanilla or any type of sugar.

It is very versatile recipe and you can add one or two more ingredients.

Almond Pulpa
Ingredients:
  • 100-150 gr almond pulp
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsps. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

How To:
  1. In a medium bowl whisk the egg with the olive oil and salt.
  2. Add the almond pulp and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture over a oiled baking paper in a baking tray and bake on medium heat 170 degree for about 20 -30 min.
  4. Take out of the oven and cut into squares or break into small peaces.
  5. Leave to cool and enjoy as it is or with a cheese or cheese spread.
