Happy Friday!
This is a easy& quick Friday Snack Recipe 🙂
Servings: 30-40 pieces
Time to Prepare 10-15 min
Time to bake 15-20 min

Ingredients:
- 150 gr. flour ( 50 gr is for kneading)
- 50-60 ml water
- 3 tbsp grape/olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp. salt
- 1-2 tbsp. sesame oil
How To:
- In a bow sift the flour.
- Add the salt and mix well.
- Make a small well or a hole in the middle of the flour.
- Add the water and the oil.
- With a fork or spoon start adding from the flower to the water.
- Mix until all liquid had turned to soft mixture and star kneading with hands.
- When the dough stop absorbing flour it is ready and you can take it on a flat surface.
- You should have hard dough, little bit harder.
- Before you put the dough on the service place a bit of flour so it doesn’t stick on it.
- Divide the dough into two parts.
- With one of them start flattening it with rolling pin. I dont have rolling pin so I used a small bottle 🙂 It worked.
- You can flatten it as thick as you want. I wanted the crakes to be as thin as crisps, so I flattened them almost as a paper list.
- Polish them with olive oil or if you have a sesame or any aromatic cooking oil.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top and if you want any seasoning or seeds. I prefer just plain so I didn’t add anything beside salt.
- Cut into squares.
- Place them over baking paper in a tray and bake for 15-20 min on a medium heat or 160 degree.
- Take them out and leave to cool.
- Enjoy them as it is or with a spread. I have a few on the blog and one of my next recipe is a cheese one.
- Happy snacking 🙂
