Not Long ago I found this recipe on Instagram and I decided to try it. In my experience not all Instagram recipes are good ones, but this was spot on. I just increased the amounts to make it more like a cake, it is amazingly easy, tasty and healthy.
Interesting fact: Despite their firm texture, bananas are composed of 75% water.
Servings: 12-15
Time to Prepare: 7 min
Time to Cook:40 min

Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 300gr. yogurt
- vanilla Pods
Toppings:
- honey
- jam
How To:
- In a blender place all main ingredients
- Mix for abt 2-3 minutes until everything is homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the ready mixture over an oiled baking tray.
- Bake for 40 minutes on 170-180 degree.
- Take out and leave to cool down for about 30 minutes.
- You can cover it with honey or jam, or just enjoy it as it is.
