Hello Everyone:)

I hope you have a sunny weekend like we have here in Ireland. Here is a simple but effective sweet recipe for those times you want something sweet but with just a few ingredients.

Servings: 8
Time to Prepare: 10 min
Time to set: one night

Ingredients:
  • 5 banans
  • 100 ml milk ( you can use plant-based)
  • 2-3 full tbsp. cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp. geletine
  • water for gelatin
  • heavy creame/wiped

How to:
  1. In a small bow set the gelatine with water for a few minutes( follow the instructions from the manufacturer).
  2. Usually, it will take you abt 5 minutes while the gelatine absorbs the water and is ready to be used.
  3. Peel the bananas and place them in a blender.
  4. Add milk and cacao and if you have vanilla a few drops.
  5. Mix all ingredients into a homogeneous mixture.
  6. Add the gelatine and mix for 30 seconds or so.
  7. Place the mixture in a cake form and leave in the fridge for a couple of hours but best till the next day.
  8. After at least 5 hours or the next day when the mixture has hardened or turned to a jelly-like consistency take it out.
  9. Wipe a heavy cream or use a ready one.
  10. Cover the top of the banana pudding with the cream and leave it in the fridge for another hour.
  11. Take out and enjoy a piece or two.

I used a baking form that separates its walls from the bottom and I have this cake-shaped pudding. You can use any shape or form with the pudding.

I have tested in small glasses individual portions which is also a good option.

Enjoy 🙂
