Hello Everyone:)
I hope you have a sunny weekend like we have here in Ireland. Here is a simple but effective sweet recipe for those times you want something sweet but with just a few ingredients.
Servings: 8
Time to Prepare: 10 min
Time to set: one night

Ingredients:
- 5 banans
- 100 ml milk ( you can use plant-based)
- 2-3 full tbsp. cacao powder
- 2 tbsp. geletine
- water for gelatin
- heavy creame/wiped
How to:
- In a small bow set the gelatine with water for a few minutes( follow the instructions from the manufacturer).
- Usually, it will take you abt 5 minutes while the gelatine absorbs the water and is ready to be used.
- Peel the bananas and place them in a blender.
- Add milk and cacao and if you have vanilla a few drops.
- Mix all ingredients into a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the gelatine and mix for 30 seconds or so.
- Place the mixture in a cake form and leave in the fridge for a couple of hours but best till the next day.
- After at least 5 hours or the next day when the mixture has hardened or turned to a jelly-like consistency take it out.
- Wipe a heavy cream or use a ready one.
- Cover the top of the banana pudding with the cream and leave it in the fridge for another hour.
- Take out and enjoy a piece or two.
I used a baking form that separates its walls from the bottom and I have this cake-shaped pudding. You can use any shape or form with the pudding.
I have tested in small glasses individual portions which is also a good option.
Enjoy 🙂
