Hello Everyone 🙂
I love trying plant-based milk and every time I try a new one, I am amazed that it tastes good. It is easy to make, cost-effective and you know what’s going on inside. Plus it is very nutritious containing zinc, copper, magnesium, and potassium.
Serving: 350 ml/ Time to prepare: 10 min

Ingredients:
- 100 gr. Pumpkin seeds
- 350 ml Water
- pinch of salt
- 2-3 Dates ( depend how sweet you like it )
- 1 tbsp. Grapeseed’s oil
How To:
- Soak the pumpkin seeds in water for at least 2- 4 hours ( I usually leave them from the night before).
- Wash the soaked seeds.
- Place everything in a blender.
- If you want more sweetness put more dates, if you don’t have dates you can use honey or maple syrup.
- Blend on high speed.
- Pour the mixture into a mesh bag over a bowl, and strain the solids out of the milk.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for abt 3- 4 days. I haven’t found a way to keep it for longer, and that’s why I prepare amounts according to what I will cook during the week, but it is usually just for coffee 🙂
- Shake before using, as there is separation.
! Don’t throw the pulp – as it is a small amount you can freeze it, and after a few times, you can prepare crackers, biscuits, or pancakes.
Enjoy!

with coffee 🙂
