Hello Everyone,
I hope you have a relaxing and warm holiday season 🙂
I wanted to eat some chocolates but every time I check the ingredients,(some I don’t even recognize)I always debate whether should I or should not buy them. And so, I decided to try something by myself.
Servings: 12-15
Time to Prepare:15- 20 min

Ingredients:
- 200 gr. Dates
- 3 tbsp. Cacao
- 5 tbsp. Creme ( you can replace it with any plant-based milk or just water)
Garnish:
- 3 tbsp.Coconut flakes
- 5 tbsp. Coconut oil
- 1 tbsp. Cacao powder
How To:
- In a food processor place dates, cacao, and milk.
- Mix until homogenious mixture.
- Roll into balls.
- In a small bowl add coconut oil and heat it on a water bath.
- When the oil is liquid, add the cacao. This way, you will receive dark chocolate, which will contract very well with the sweetness of the dates.
- Roll some of the bites into the chocolate. You will need to do this swiftly, as the coconut oil hardens qyuckly.
- In another small bowl add the shredded coconut and roll the bites.
- Leave for a few minutes and enjoy- they will not last for too long 🙂

Enjoy 🙂
