Tuna Sandwiches

Hello Everyone and Happy Sunday 🙂

My mum prepared sourdough bread and I used the opportunity to make some sandwiches. I remembered that when we were kids my mum used to prepare minced meat sandwiches and I decided to try them but with tuna fish instead of meat.



  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 cans of tuna fish
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper
  • butter

  1. In a small bow wisk th egg.
  2. Drain the tuna fish cans from the water.
  3. Add the tunafish and spices to the egg and mix very well.
  4. With knief spread a little bit of butter over each slice of bread.
  5. Spread approxiamely one to two spoons of the tunafish mixture over the slices of bread.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10 -15 min on medium heat or in airfrier on bakeon settings for about 10 min.
  7. Serve and enjoy 🙂
