My mum prepared sourdough bread and I used the opportunity to make some sandwiches. I remembered that when we were kids my mum used to prepare minced meat sandwiches and I decided to try them but with tuna fish instead of meat.
Servings: 4
Time to prepare 15-20 min

Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 cans of tuna fish
- 1 egg
- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper
- butter
How to:
- In a small bow wisk th egg.
- Drain the tuna fish cans from the water.
- Add the tunafish and spices to the egg and mix very well.
- With knief spread a little bit of butter over each slice of bread.
- Spread approxiamely one to two spoons of the tunafish mixture over the slices of bread.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 -15 min on medium heat or in airfrier on bakeon settings for about 10 min.
- Serve and enjoy 🙂
