Hello,
Lately I have been cooking quite a lot of fish meals and not long ago I bought fish fingers. I love them and decided to make them myself at home. Looking at the ingredients, it appears you dont need to much- egg, fish and breadcrumbs. I tried them with cornflakes which was very good choice (the one without sugar). On the day I prepared them didn’t had eggs but still manage to cook them 🙂
You can add additional seasoning and make it your own taste.
Servings: 12-15 /Time to prepare:10-15 min/ Cooking 20-30 min

Ingredients:
- 500 gr. white fish
- 1-2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp. Flax seeds
- 1 tbsp. Sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp. Corn starch
- 1 cup Cornflakes (the one without sugar)
How To:
- In a small bow whisk eggs.
- On a plate mix seeds and cornflower starch, but if you do not have eggs as in my case mix the cornflower with water separately from the seeds.
- In another plate put cornflakes. Try to crunch them in a bag or with a blender, so they are like bread crumbs.
- Cut the fish filet into stripes with similar length.
- One at a time, with your finger-shaped fillets, start to place each of them into the egg mixture and then either in the seeds mixture and at the end in cornflakes.
- Place each piece in a lined baking tray.
- Bake on 180 for about 20- 30 minutes.
- Serve with a souse of your choice and enjoy 🙂
