A couple of weeks ago I tried hair mask with flax seeds and wondering what to do with the leftover pulp made these delicious crackers.
I am still experimenting with the DYI hair mask and will write about this later on when I have enough experience. Now for these tasty crackers you can add more seeds and make them very nutritious. I tried it twice and every time successful. Now these become my favorite biscuits and try to keep them for a long than two days but they dont last 🙂
Servings: 9-12 Time to cook: 15-20 min

Ingredients:
- 50 gr. flaxseeds
- 20 gr. pumpkin seeds
- 20 gr. sunflower seeds
- 20 gr. sesame seeds
- 50-70 gr. parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
How To:
- In a medium bow whisk one egg.
- Add all seeds and mix well.
- Add parmesan cheese and mix again. If you want you can add a bit of salt here. I didnt as the parmesan is salty enough for me.
- With spoon place equally even quantities on greased baking paper.
- Again with the spoon make each of the crackers cookies evenly thin. I like them very thin like a sheet of paper so I spread them very thin and this is why I end up with just 9 but if yo make smaller or thicker you can have larger quantity.
- Bake on 180 degrees for 15 -20 min
- Wait until they cool down and enjoy 🙂
! Just before you take them out you can sprinkle additional parmesan cheese.
Now you have not just delicious snack but full of nutrients. Flaxseeds are rich on Omega 3 fats; Sesames seeds are good source of calcium; pumpkin seeds are rich in magnesium and iron and sunflowers seed are rich on vitamin E and selenium . Well parmesan cheese is just for taste 🙂
Enjoy 🙂

Right away from the oven and already one is missing 🙂
