Hello Everyone,
It has been awhile since I posted, but it has been busy and every time, I start a post I am leaving it for a little later, but this time decided to post it.
Lately, I have been adding celery to quite a few things and decided to try to juice it. I added some ginger and apple and had a lovely and healthy drink for the mornings.
Servings: 1 l
Time to prepare: 15 min

Ingredients:
- 1 head/stalk of Celery
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp. ginger
- 700 ml water
How To:
- In a blender place all ingredients. If you have a small blender, like me, you will need to do this part in batches. (I blended the celery in two batches with 200 ml each of the times. Separately blended the apple and ginger. )
- After mixing everything well pour the mixture into a straining cheese cloth.
- Try to strain as much liquid as you can.
- Store in a bottle in a fridge.
- It is good for about 4 days.
- Enjoy.
I ended up with tasty juice, slightly sweet and just a nudge ginger spicy. If you want more sweetness, I will suggest add one more apple.
