Hello Everyone and Happy Sunday,

I am back to weekly batch cooking, and last week I prepared some baked veggies but added prawns. I think, I will add this to my favorite list- full of nutritions and colorful 🙂

  • small head of broccoli
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 2 gloves garlic
  • 250 gr prawns
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp. flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp. tahini
How to:
  1. Cut the veggies into stripes(even the broccoli).
  2. Place them in a baking tray covered with baking paper.
  3. Add the prawns and mix well.
  4. Add spices and olive oil and mix well again.
  5. Place in a preheated oven and bake for 20 min on a 180 -200 degree.
  6. When ready take out and leave to cool for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Drizzle lime juice and tahini over each plate.
  8. Enjoy 🙂
